Holiday Inn & Suites Spring - the Woodlands Area by IHG

The front desk personnel are phenomenal, especially Nicole. The restaurant and bar staff are just as great. For me, its the people that can make or break a hotel stay and they do a wonderful job making my stay enjoyable.

Ok. I’m a service person. These folks are GREAT. Sheila was on duty when we arrived. So nice! Met the GM of the hotel. He was just as nice as her. I’m not good in Houston. I can get lost in a split second. Keeping that in mind SIRI had some issues as well. The other Holiday Inn isn’t far. We went to it twice thanks to Siri. Last thing you should know. This hotel is old & tired. It’s been painted, re-carpeted, updated numerous times. The updates are nice & probably required by Holiday inn. Beds are really soft. Maybe too soft? Cleaning staff is very good. For the price this is a great place to stay however it’s not super fancy but it’s clean with great folks.

I'm a US Army Reserve Soldier and I really enjoy the service a this hotel. I'm a IHG member and the stays are worth more than the rewards. My room is always clean and orderly. If I need anything, the front desk associates are always willing to accommodate a request. Mrs. Nicole J and Mrs Jenae M are superb associates. They have always gone above and beyond providing great customer service. They are helpful and considerate with every interaction I have with each of them during my stays. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

I've worked in IHG Hotels for 20 years so I can appreciate a good hotel stay. The moment you walk in it smells amazing which is a great first impression. Immediately upon our arrival, we were greeted by the front desk representative. She was patient and kind. The rest of the staff was also friendly and the rooms were clean. We had a great stay!

I liked the size of the room and the amenities.The service from the front desk and other staff was great.The location was very close to a variety of restaurants and stores which are very important to me.

Cecilia was wonderful in this locations breakfast bar. Great addition to the Houston Morning with a friendly smile and pleasant attitude.

Beware breakfast is EXTRA charge! Besides that surprise, everything is 5 stars. The front desk greeted me with a smile and was helpful. The room was clean, everything working and smelled clean. AC was working full blast. Good water pressure. Cecilia is the definition of hospitality! The way she interacted with customers in the morning was amazing.
